Curtis
LEAD PHYSIOTHERAPIST
I have a strong interest in strength and conditioning, having first completed a degree in Sports Science at Liverpool John Moores University before graduating in Physiotherapy from the University of Liverpool.
My clinical experience spans both NHS and private practice, including roles within the NHS and Nuffield Health. During this time, I worked with a wide range of patients, from acute injuries and post-operative rehabilitation to chronic pain and musculoskeletal outpatient care.
My approach combines physiotherapy with strength and conditioning principles, using individualised exercise programmes and clear patient education as the foundation of treatment.
Alongside clinical practice, I have worked within objective measurement and performance testing, using research-grade technology across rehabilitation and performance settings. This role involved supporting clinicians in refining testing protocols and using objective data to improve patient and athlete outcomes.
This experience highlighted how smaller physiotherapy practices can deliver truly elite-level care, bridging the gap between the physiotherapy available to full-time athletes and traditional clinic models.
My aim is to bring this standard of care into a patient-centred, objective testing–led, warm and approachable clinic, helping each individual achieve their rehabilitation and performance goals.
