Care built around your recovery

Exercise Rehabilitation

Exercise Rehabilitation

Individualised, condition-specific exercise is a cornerstone of effective rehabilitation. Programmes are designed around your injury, goals, and current ability, with a focus on restoring strength, mobility, and confidence in movement.

Exercises are delivered and monitored via a digital health platform to track completion and progression. This keeps rehab engaging, measurable, and effective, reducing pain, lowering the risk of recurrence, and supporting long-term health.

Post-Operative Physiotherapy

Post-Operative Physiotherapy

Post-operative physiotherapy is essential for maximising the outcome of surgery. Treatment focuses on restoring movement, strength, and function while managing pain and supporting optimal healing.

Rehab progresses through clearly defined phases, with objective markers required before moving forward, not arbitrary timelines. Where possible, we aim to begin before surgery, gathering baseline data and introducing pre-operative treatment to improve post-surgical outcomes.

MSK Screening & Performance Assessment

MSK Screening & Performance Assessment

A comprehensive assessment of movement, strength, and imbalance to identify injury risks and performance limitations.

We use objective testing tools including hand-held dynamometry and force plates to assess joint range of motion, strength, balance, and functional tasks. Screening can be general or tailored to a specific sport, making it suitable for injury prevention, return-to-sport planning, or performance development.

Home Physiotherapy

Home Physiotherapy

For patients unable to attend the clinic, we offer elite-level physiotherapy in the comfort of your home.

Exercise rehabilitation and post-operative care are delivered using portable testing equipment, allowing the same objective assessment and progression standards as in-clinic sessions. Home visits also allow us to tailor your programme to your environment, making rehab more practical and personalised.

Manual Therapy

Manual Therapy

Hands-on treatment aimed at short-term pain relief and improved movement. Techniques may include joint mobilisation, soft tissue work, massage, and passive stretching.

Manual therapy is used as an adjunct to exercise rehabilitation and education, not a standalone solution, helping to reduce pain and improve tolerance to movement and loading.
